Equipment Overview:
1️⃣ Equipment for producing automobile parts using a press-fitting machine.
2️⃣ In order to prevent hands from being pinched during the press-fitting work, a light curtain is installed as a safety device in front of the press-fitting machine so that the process is stopped in case of danger.
✨ Effects:
1️⃣ The reaction time from crossing the light curtain until the machine stops has been shortened.
2️⃣ The machine stops without fail before the hand reaches the machine, solving the safety issue.
