Oil skimmers to separate floating oil from water
XTS oil skimmers are used for separation of floating oil from water. XTS offers a wide range of seven different oil skimmers in order to meet different requirements of our customers.

XTS oil skimmers are used to remove oil from water, waste water, cooling water, coolant, washing water and rain water. XTS oil skimmers are used in different industries such as automotive industry, steel industry, refineries, chemical industry, metal working industry, food industry and many others. XTS oil skimmers are made of stainless steel and ceramic in order to avoid corrosion and wear.

Simply, fast and reliable, XTS oil skimmers remove floating oil and fat from all kind of liquids in example coolant, cooling water, degreasing bath, waste water and many other.

How it works:
The oil collector tube of the oil skimmer floats on the water surface. The floating oil sticks to the outside of the oil collector tube. The oil collector tube is drawn with the oil into the oil skimmer. Scrapers remove the oil from the surface of the oil collector tube. The oil floats into a collecting tank.

The oil collector tube creates a movement on the water surface and attracts the oil and fat even from the corners of the basins, because the oil collector tube floats on the surface of the liquid. Because it reaches the whole surface of the tank, it picks up oil from the total surface and exact separation of oil and water is guaranteed.
