4 stage cleaning machine system have been successfully delivered to the customer. The machine washes and removes the static charge from the cleaned surfaces. It also removes oil, dust and contaminant particles during the cleaning process.
The machine contain 4 station as following:
1. Station 1: Hot Degrease Liquid Spray Wash
This station contains 14 unit of spray noozles. The hot water spray would clean the oil/dirt/grimes of the workpiece. Then, the oil skimmer would remove most of the oil from the tank. The pump installed in the station is sufficient to ensure water to circulate smoothly throughout the station. Filter in the station used to filter out dirt and particulates that will disrupt the water circulation flow. In this station we are using Showa Denki mist collector to collect droplets in the air and minimize fluid from washing machine to be released in the air stream.
2. Station 2: Air-Knife Dry-Off Chemical
The station function to dry-off chemical wash from station 1 to prevent contamination. The Air Knife and blower units would be sufficient to prevent dry-off chemical fluid drom station 1. No washing chemical would remain on the work piece after passing through this station.
3. Station 3: Hot Water Spray Wash
This station would serve as to spray rinse the workpiece from remaining oil/dirt/grimes. The hot water spraying would cover every area of the workpiece material. The station's oil skimmer would remove most of the oil from the tank. The pump installed is sufficient to ensure water circulate smoothly throughout the station. Mist collector will collect droplets in the air and minimize fluid from washing machine to be released in the air stream. The oil/dirt and grime on the work piece would thoroughly be removed at this station.
4. Station 4: Air-Knife Blow Dry
The station would function to dry the workpice after spraying and washing. The Air Knife can cover the entire are of the wokpiece being cleaned.
