●Load capacity
‧  When there is an impact load, please set it to about 1/2 of the allowable load.
‧  Depending on the degree of shock load, the material of the goods to be conveyed, weight, it will differ considerably, so please allow enough margin.
‧  When exceeding the load that can be carried by the roller, please adopt the double row type of conveyor.

●Mounting
‧  When the outer cylinder of the roller and the shaft have the same diameter as the free roller, the shaft hole of the free roller can be used as it is.
‧  When the dimensions are different, change the shaft hole of the frame to match the height with the free roller, so that the load is even. Depending on the material and smoothness of the material to be conveyed, please increase slightly when not touching the waist roller. In this case, please pay attention to the allowable load sufficiently because the load will be received only by the roller.
●Roller length
‧ There is no standard, but it is required to be about 50 ~ 100 mm wider than the width of goods (or pallet) in principle.
