Automatic Oil Pan Assembly Machine

XTS produce automotive part assembly machine with fastening equipment for oil pans and other components. This equipment uses a gantry system and is capable of supporting single-axis stitching up to multi-axis fastening.also with toques reading and recording. Flexible equipment that supports many types of products for casting part, stamping part, plastic parts and etc. Even for manual Hand guided, pneumatic Screw driving Unit for the 2-3 stage assembly of an oil pan to the motor block, using 16 pre put on screws. Rotary Press Machine

Example of rotary press machine that has been successfully delivered to our customer. The operating procedure of the machine is as the following: 1. Operator place the thimble and chamber on the rotary jig 2. Operator need to push both start button for safety precaution 3. Rotary table will rotates to the pressing jig 4. The pressing jig's cylinder will moves downward and press the thimble together with the chamber 5. The pressing jig's cylinder will moves upward 6. Then, the rotary table will rotates back to the loading position 7.
